2023 Summit Details

The 8th Annual GDS Summit on Sexual Assault and Consent will bring students in grades 8-12, faculty, administrators, and parents together to examine current laws, policies, and programs established to support survivors, advocate for rights, and prevent sexual assault.

 

Participants will then apply this knowledge to their own communities where they can design initiatives and prompt culture change. 

WHO'S INVITED?

Students in grades 8-12, teachers, school staff, administrators, professionals in the field, and parents/guardians.

WHEN IS IT?

Friday, November 17 | 6:00pm-8:30pm

Kick-off featuring a program from Take Back the Night

 

Saturday, November 18 | 8:30am-5:00pm

Full Summit day of interactive workshops and engaging speakers

WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION COSTS?

​The costs below include food, access to all workshops, and Summit swag!

  • School teams: $800/team of up to 6 (typically 4 students and 2 faculty/administrators)

  • Individual participants: $150/person
