We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Courtyard Marriott Bethesda-Chevy Chase, located at 5520 Wisconsin Ave, Chevy Chase, MD 20815. You are welcome to start reserving rooms with the block through this link. The deadline to book at the group rate is Tuesday, October 20, 2026. There will be buses for transportation to and from the summit. On Friday, the buses will leave the hotel by 4:45 p.m. and depart GDS for the return trip at about 8:15 p.m. On Saturday, the buses will leave the hotel by 8:15 a.m. and depart GDS for the return trip at about 5:15 p.m.

Other nearby hotels include Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion, Glover Park Hotel Georgetown, and Days Inn by Wyndham Washington DC/Connecticut Avenue.

GDS is conveniently located near three airports with the closest being Reagan National Airport (DCA). Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport (BWI) and Dulles International Airport (IAD) are also within 45 minutes of the school.

From DCA, you can get on the Yellow Line toward Mount Vernon Square, get off at Chinatown/Gallery Place, and then take the Red Line to the Tenleytown metro.​

Amtrak's Washington Union Station is conveniently located on the DC Metro's Red Line. Once at Union Station, you will take the Red Line towards Shady Grove and exit at Tenleytown Metro Station. GDS is a quick 10-minute walk from there!

GDS is located on the Red Line metro (Tenleytown Station) and near numerous Metrobus lines. We always encourage taking public transportation to GDS whenever possible, however we do also have limited parking space for both cars and school buses.
